Mt Holly Pharmacy

This pharmacy has recently changed owners, and it is downright AWFUL. I used Mt. Holly Pharmacy for over 5 years, and the previous owner, Prasad, & his staff were amazing. I previously gave this pharmacy a 5-star review awhile back. Since it has changed hands, I have had nothing but problems. Numerous problems. Every time I went there. Every month, there was an issue filling my medications (that I previously had been filling for years with no difficulties). First, it was that my medication wasn't in stock and needed to be ordered. That was fine. No big deal. Then, it was that they "did not have a pharmacist on the premises" and could not fill my medication. What?!? What kind of pharmacy doesn't have a pharmacist there? Why were they even open, if that was the case? Then, after having my p

Extremely pleasant people! I've been using this pharmacy for a while and being a person with multiple problems that require a lot of meds, they always take care of me and make sure that I get my meds on time. Thank you for all your help!

Since the new owners have taken over, it's horrible. 3 separate times they put medication through ins and was paid but I never received it. She calls me today(the day my script is due) and says she doesn't have that medication and to call my doc have it transferred to another pharmacy. I brought in 4 scripts today and she said to tell my doctor to send them electronically. She doesn't like paper scripts. Seriously??!! She just about refused to take them. This pharmacy went to crap since they took over the end of October. After today, I'm looking for another pharmacy.

Look i'm from New Jersey, never been here but also moved out of the state almost 6 years ago to multiple states so I don't know why this place keeps calling my TENNESSEE number. I have had 7 missed calls from this place today

1st time used and I will definitely be using as my #1 go to pharmacy. I had a problem with my usual pharmacy right before Christmas 🎄 and they didn't have 1 of my medications ( which I needed) but I was told about Mt Holly Pharmacy so I called. The pharmacist was really nice and took care of me and had the medications in stock and already filled before I got to the store. I will definitely be using Mt Holly Pharmacy for all my needs from this point forward. Thanks for all your help.
