Short wait time. Respectful and friendly staff. Knowledgeable professionals, answered all my questions thoroughly, no matter how trivial. My first visit they got x-rays and a cleaning done, then even squeezed me in for some cosmetic resurfacing of discolored old fillings. I honestly wasn't expecting such great treatment because I'm on medicaid, but I was treated like a patient with premium dental insurance. I highly recommend this office. I don't understand why these Karens in the comments are giving 1 star reviews, but I was very satisfied with the service, especially the removal of the dark spots on the gum line of my canines.

Been a patient there for almost 3 yrs now and they are very kind, understanding and professional people. I needed my entire mouth redone from years of not taking care of my teeth. My first appointment my dentist made a plan and went over every thing I needed to get done. It took about an entire year to repair my mouth using root canals with crowns, fillings and partial dentures. And today I am so happy to say I have the smile I dreamed of! These people will go above and beyond to make sure you get what is needed to help your dental health and they treat you like family!

I highly recommend! Everyone is extremely nice & polite! The dentist were extremely thorough & transparent with their explanations upon each procedure! Not only that but nonjudgemental! Which really goes a long way especially when addressing dental matters. I felt very comfortable during each session. I went from hiding my smile to now showing it off any chance I get! 😁 I would even go as far to say they are pure artist with their work! Thank you so much! 🦷

For newly hired dentist hygienists, there are some very poor bedside manners and techniques. First, I don’t believe the dental instruments they used in my mouth were complete sanitized. When they guided me to the chair for cleaning, the saliva ejector and other dental instruments were already out in the open, and I didn’t see the dental hygienist that was preforming on me switch out/change it. This may be unrelated, but ever since my appointment I have a really bad sore throat. Second, water from the cleaning was splashing all over my face and running down the sides of my neck because the hygienist was so incompetent in making sure that my spit and water from the dental drill was getting sucked up by the *possibly* dirty saliva ejector. Positive aspects: Very nice hygienist: professional, gentle, kind, understanding, accommodating, through, explained things clearly, did a great job cleaning. The Doctor is quick and to the point, seemingly competent and professional (my teeth are relatively healthy, so he didn't need to stay with me too long). The waiting room is Comfortable. Front desk was professional. . Negative aspects: Although I'm sure that equipment is adequately sterilized, surfaces that are frequently touched are cleaned, and the care team is very cognizant of hygiene and safety practices, the actual space is far more dirty and seemingly run down than any other medical establishment I've been in.
