Mr. Roger Galvez

Dr Galvez is a very good doctor but the administration of this of this office is a nightmare Prescription calling from pharmacy unattended, referrals are like pulling a teeth, my husband a cardiac patient has gone through so much trouble getting prescription and referrals Calling there is a disaster no one answers and when they answer they place you on hold for long time . Honestly patient is left with the impression that they do not care, which sadly these people do not represent the good caring attention from doctor Galvez

Patient for a long time, gave the office staff numerous opportunities to make things right and they just don't care. There is just no quality of care for the patient at all! The wrong referral is sent, the office never calls back, several/several appointments cancelled and so much more. I visited today for my appt only to find out that the doctor had "an emergency," yet he walked in front of me with his breakfast tray and there was no apology. Time to look for a doctor who care.

I've been Dr. Galvez's patient for over 20 years. I love him, good doctor and good person. However, I can't get in touch with his office; after 10-15 minutes, a recorder come up and then they disconnect you. Please replace staff at earliest convenience. Thanks, MM
