A few months ago, I went to get tested before going I told them I had a new insurance that the one from the one I first use during my consultation two months prior and I provided the new insurance. About 3 weeks after when I went for my appointment I was charged roughly $180 which caught me off guard, I told the staff that helped me if that really is the co pay with my new insurance she checked and said yes. I get the skin test done and scheduled to be back two weeks after. When I come back I’m told my insurance isn’t valid and I’m being charged for services from the first visit at full price. After going back and forth I find out that they charged my old insurance instead of my new one. My co payment was suppose to be $0!! It was covered by my new insurance. They had me pay another 10$ to

This doctor is a complete wreck. Said I’m allergic to animals and to get rid of my pets when that is not the case. Didn’t mention anything about my shallow breathing other than give me an asthma inhaler. I clearly don’t have asthma. The office is loud, dirty and not welcoming. Very very unpleasant and scam like experience

I understand appointments are booked far out, but the representative I spoke with was very rude and dismissive. As a parent, this gave me a lot of anxiety. In the medical field, patience and kindness are so important, and I hope the office improves the way calls are handled.

If I could I would give it no stars the receptionist or who ever answers the calls are so rude and I have a week calling for them to put me on hold plus I need a new referral that takes 10 days by that time my child won’t have anymore symptoms I advice find another place don’t get me wrong doctors are good but the staff who answer calls make this place them look bad I’m sorry doctor Trivedi you need to hire new staff who will work and answer calls!!!

Can even get a phone answer been calling all day 😞 needs better equiped staff . Im about to call my Doctor and get a new referall somewere were they will answer me .
