The office manager has zero customer service skills. She is extremely rude and will not allow you to speak with the dentist. I had forgot to ask my dentist a question and tried to ask my question to the dentist as I was checking out and she wouldn't let me talk to them nor would she let me talk to them any other time I went in there unless I was in the chair. She also refused to pass phone messages to them to call me back. I don't believe that the dentists there are aware of how she runs that front desk and how she she can be very nasty to some of the customers when she doesn't like them. The last straw for me was when I caught them committing insurance fraud through my plan and I had to report them. After I complained my insurance company sent me a letter telling me that confirme

Been coming here with my family of 6 since we moved to Northern VA summer 2012. Great rates on ortho compared to other offices in the area. Never had bad experience amd we go twice a year for cleaning. The only negative is the location which can be hard to get in and out due to 28. Ive been using the back entrance in which you drive through the church parking lot in back of the office.

My first time visiting was great. Great service from all staff from the minute I walked in. I recommend friends and family to stop by. Very helpful and keep up the great hard work. Thank you Basem

I decided to switch dentist after a few bad experiences here. Without getting too detailed, they recommended a few procedures for me that another dentist claimed were not necessary. The in-office experience was not great. The admin staff was pleasant, but the dentists and hygienists seemed a little informal. The building is kind-of hard to get to unless you are driving toward Manassas on 28. I know for a time they were offering free add-on services for a good Google review, which might explain why their rating is so high right now.

Had to get a wisdom tooth pulled. I have allergies and breathing out my nose is hard to do with my head back. Doc made me feel so comfortable with that. Super helpful staff. Gotta get another done soon. I trust they will take care of me again.
