I appreciate that there are walk-in clinics when you can get to your primary physician, however, this clinic and its physician was not knowledgeable in the diagnosis of my child. She was clearly sick and gave her treatment for something that was completely irrelevant. The front desk staff was friendly, and we got back to a room quickly but to receive a “diagnosis” took far too long. Ended up going to my child’s primary afterwards where she was able to be seen quickly and received a proper diagnosis. I would not recommend this clinic.

horrible bed side man or, went for a second opinion and the doctor made me feel dumb. i would not recommend coming here ever, i waited for an hour and went home with no new information. i really hope this review gets seen bc no one should go here.

They were very helpful! Staff was super personable (only would consider some of them rude if you don’t know how to take sarcasm) and overall just amazing. Wait time was a little long, but that’s been my experience with any urgent care.

So much for the hypocritic oath! Turning away people just because they can't pay you right now. What joke. You should be ashamed!

I like the service I receive most of the time but this morning I'm extremely upset. On the building and on Google it says it opens at 6 am so I drive from Roberts to get here and find I have to wait an hour cuz REALLY IT DOESNT OPEN TILL 7 NOR IS THE PHONE NUMBER ON GOOGLE CORRECT. A facility like this should be up to date!!!!
