Mountain View Pediatric Dentistry

I feel the need to update my review after my kiddo had her procedure done. Dr. Nguyen and the team are really amazing. Kiddo had to go under general anesthesia and get her restoration done in a hospital setting, and the team made us all feel so comfortable that my child was not afraid in the least. She didn't even cry when they wheeled her into the operating room without us! They kept in contact through the procedure, and when it was complete Dr. Nguyen gave a fully comprehensive explanation of aftercare and everything they had done. And my girl's smile is beautiful! About a week after the procedure, one of the caps came off her front tooth, and the office got her in same day to fix it. I can't say enough good things about Mountain View and Dr. Nguyen, truly. It took me almost a year to write this review because at the time of our last visit, I was so angry I couldn’t even bring myself to do it. Now that I’m in search of a new dental office, I’m angry all over again. Dr. Nugyen was SO rude and unprofessional. I’ve never had a confrontation with any healthcare provider. She did a filling for my daughter and did not explain the process to me or my daughter well at all. It was her first filling and after the experience went so terribly, she was quick to blame me saying that “I should have asked more questions” or claiming that she told me things that she certainly did not. When I expressed my concerns she shrugged it off and lacked any empathy and was completely void of emotion or care towards my daughter. Even repeating “stop moving, or I’m GOING

We had our son’s lip and tongue tie released at Mountain View. Although he is no longer there, Dr Hatch was so caring and patient. He was very thorough with the explanation of care. Dr. Nguyen took over care and she does not disappoint. She is just as thorough, caring, and patient. Mountain View came highly recommended by my lactation consultant and pediatrician and I don’t think we will ever go anywhere else.

I can’t say good enough things about Jasmine our hygienist! She kept my 4 year old comfortable and engaged during his visit. Very calm kind and knowledgeable. Thank you Mountain View 🫶🏼

Been taking both of my kids here for about 4 years now and we have never had anything but great care by all staff. I recommend Mountain View Pediatric Dentistry to everyone I know! We are sad to see Dr. Hatch go but I am confident the business will continue to provide exceptional care!
