Mountain View Hospital

I would like to provide some feedback regarding the current policies at Mountain View Hospital Clinics, specifically concerning the requirement for patients to sign the Clinic Conditions of Admission and consent for DAX Copilot on every visit. As a returning patient, I find it unnecessary and frustrating to have to sign the same paperwork each time I come in. These documents, particularly the DAX Copilot consent, are especially concerning when the system is not even in use at the clinic I visit—specifically Dr. Baker’s office. Requiring patients to repeatedly sign off on something that is not being used feels redundant and inefficient. The reason I chose to come to Dr. Baker was based on strong recommendations from friends and family, along with my past positive experiences at Mountain V

These worst ER. If you wanna be laughed at and smirked at for explaining your personal concerns about your health, dont waste your money just to have a doctor laugh at you.

I called wound care with a referral from my diabetes Dr. I have an open wound on my toe. My dr said it needed to be treated ASAP. The receptionist who answered the phone totally blew me off. She said it can take a few days to see if I qualify to be seen by them! When I pushed her more more with the urgency of the matter she said she would talk to the charge nurse. Came back after a long wait and said “it could take a couple of days!” I finally hung up on her. Called EIRMC and they scheduled me for tomorrow morning at 8:15! This receptionist is very uneducated when it comes to patient care. She would do better at a McDonalds drive through. Evidently the charge nurse is no better. They tried harder to get rid of me than they did to serve me. Next time I’ll call EIRMC first.

The new ER is loads better than the other place. They actually listen to the patient.
