I had my first visit with Dr Roberts today. The primary care doctor I’ve had since I was 5 years old suddenly retired. I’m 36 now and found myself needing to find a new doctor for the first time, which is a process I wouldn’t wish on anybody. I am impressed with how kind, soft spoken and knowledgeable Dr Roberts is. He listened to me, respected my wishes and provided some really helpful advice. I’m more than comfortable keeping him as my primary care doctor for the future and will recommend him to my wife. I’m going to be a much healthier person under his care.

I have only been a patient of Dr. Roberts for a short time but I’m so grateful to have been under his care and support during a time I needed it the most. He gave me full confidence that he would get the help I needed and lessened my anxiety over a new diagnosis. He really helped me through a tough time and did it very professionally and quickly. His plan of care and follow ups were very thorough. He was always very attentive and made sure I understood the plan of care. I truly believe he is one of the best primary doctors around as I can tell he is very passionate about his job. I never felt like anything would be “missed” or “looked over.” I couldn’t recommend Dr. Roberts and his staff enough. Everyone was always so friendly! The 5 star rating is deceiving unfortunately. I was very excited to move to this provider given the ratings. I went in for my appointment today and they told me my Insurance was invalid. When I told them I just used my insurance yesterday they switched their story and said my plan wasn’t covered most likely and I need to check with insurance. The doctor also came out to talk with me to say the same thing and when I said online when I booked the appointment I saw my plan in your drop down he said “I’ll give a tip that will help you with your life” - incredibly condescending and it was about I need to check my insurance if it’s in network. Guess what I did…. I called my insurance and checked online and this provider is in my network. Yet they claimed they probably weren’t in network- even t

I’ve had ongoing issues with this doctor dismissing my concerns and failing to follow through on basic things like sending paperwork, which has caused delays in my care. At my most recent visit, he suddenly became uncomfortable and evasive when I asked direct questions about my treatment, and the conversation shifted in a way that made me feel singled out and blamed. This pattern of poor communication, lack of follow‑up, and making me feel like a problem instead of a patient has left me unable to trust this office with my care. I now have to find a new doctor because I can’t depend on this one.

Dr. Roberts was great to work with. I appreciated his thoughtfulness as we discussed my concerns, he took the time to listen and we worked together to find solutions that fit me best. His staff were thoughtful and prompt, and I felt safe and cared for throughout my visit.
