We have a foster child in our care that required a dental treatment that is not covered by insurance. We got approval from social services that was covering the cost. I called when I received the approval and they scheduled us the next day. I reminded them on the phone about the situation with social services. She said that would be fine and to explain the situation when we arrived. I arrived the next day and did just that. I was told they cant see her until a payment is processed. I explained thats not what I was told yesterday. She keeps telling me, that was explained to me the day before. NO it was not! I went to an appointment not too long ago and the hygienist I saw was just wonderful. She was so kind and very thorough. My teeth felt completely new afterwards. She told me she was new but with how she helped me I didn’t believe it. She even taught me a better way to brush and floss which no other hygienist has ever done before. I appreciated how gentle and patient she was. The dentist was also very nice and kind. Now the front desk is a different story. The ladies up there could really use some lessons on how to treat people. They didn’t greet me when I walked in or even when I stood right in front of them. As an older adult, I often feel judged for my age and appearance, but I’ve never experienced such disrespect as I did at this dental office. The receptionist was rude, dismissive, and condescending—completely unprofessional and unwelcoming, despite me arriving on time. Thankfully, my hygienist, Phoenix, was the complete opposite. She was kind, patient, and made me feel comfortable and respected. She truly turned my experience around—until we had to return to the front desk, where the receptionist was again rude, even toward the hygienist, barely looking up from her phone. If I return, it will be because of Phoenix. I sincerely hope the practice reconsiders who they allow to represent their business at the front desk.

We have had the most professional and satisfying experience. We would highly recommend them. The staff is beyond welcoming and professional.

Absolutely worse dental office I’ve ever been in they are not clean they are rude disrespectful came here with my husband and they called me first then my husband they took us back into to different rooms did my x-rays and did my husbands and had his teeth cleaned and already done before I even got seen I was sitting in there for 45 minutes before I finally got fed up and told them that I was leaving do to know coming in and telling me anything or even checking on me after my x-rays when I told the guy this at the front desk he told me I can find a different dentist and I said that’s fine I was already planning on it 45 minutes waiting for nothing what a joke and then lady was going to put the x-ray machine thing in my mouth without a plastic piece on it before I reminded her nasty
