Dental Visions

I had the opportunity to see Dr. Hoffman, Kayla and Bree. I am a new patient and had a wonderful experience. I was greeted by Bree and taken for x-rays. Dr Hoffman did one of the most comprehensive exams I’ve ever had. He made me feel comfortable and took the time to answer questions. Kaylee then cleaned my teeth. She was kind and very gentle. I would highly recommend them.

All the staff from receptionist to assistants and of course the Dentist were very friendly and the assistant and Dentist explained everything what they will be doing. Also went through cost before procedure. The assistant asked if I was having any discomfort, when I told her yes she stopped and the Dentist came in almost immediately and gave more numbing. I was so thankful that they made an appointment within a day when I called with a problem. So happy I found them!

On 5 separate occasions, i was told i or a family member would receive a cleaning only and no exam from a dentist. Due to no dentist on site. On the last occasion I asked if this was a potential compliance concern. And within 15 minutes a dentist i was told multiple times was not available was suddenly able to provide the service I was paying for. On another occasion i was told i had to pay up front for my visit due to an insurance concern which was later covered in full. I was then stuck with a credit on my account Due to this interaction. Funds which were greatly needed for other medical bills, not to sit as a nonrefundable credit for a length of time.

I had missed my appointment but they were able to reschedule within a couple weeks. The cleaning and preventative actions are really paying off. Appreciate their promtness and ability to adjust and get me in and out.

Good job done by hygienist and dentist did a really good exam. Explained everything. Seems to care. Did not try to push anything on me. Nice visit. Glad I chose dental visions Thanks for the nice job.
