Mount Sinai West Cardiovascular Ambulatory Center

The level of incompetence is staggering(as is the smugness and condescension, all while being neglectful with care). Which is not what you want from a Cardiologist team, obviously. The fact that they built this whole new center, only for it to provide markedly worse service is sooo disappointing. They also make it borderline impossible to get through to anyone at Mt Sinai West in general, of any department, on the phone, and enroute to getting to the right person on the phone, you will be talked to like crap, vs a long standing Cardiology patient. Absolutely you will not get comprehensive care here.
