Mount Sinai Visiting Doctors

I saw doctor zoe cheung today i have had chronic back pain for years it took me 3 months to get an appointment to see an orthopedic. She came in not a smile just like a robot asked me few questions didn’t really even allow be to explain my problem thoroughly. You can tell by her body language the energy and avoiding eye contact that she was just in a rush to get me out of there. All i got was a referral for an mri which i have already done and nothing came up on it. Why im writing this review? Because YOU CANT HELP Patients IF YOUR IN SUCH A RUSH TO GET THEM OUT SO U CAN MOVE ON TO THE NEXT ONE. I waited months to see a doctor and i spent maybe 5 minutes before she rushed me out with out really giving me a chance to fully understand what im going through

Customer service is HORRIBLE. Spoke with Alicia in regards of an important health matter, and OMG she was just so unwilling to help me. She had the nerve to come out and say "oh maybe you don't understand me" after I carefully explained to her I understand what she is saying but she was totally disregarding the question I asked her. Then I asked her to transfer me to someone who can help...OHHHH here's the kicker, she said "HAVE A NICE DAY AND HUNG UP!!!" WHILE I WAS STILL TALKING!!. NOT COOL GIRL, IF YOU'RE THERE TO HELP YOU'RE NOT MUCH OF IT!

With Urgent Care you can only make same-day or appointments for the next day and if the next day is booked up you have to call back tomorrow and make an appointment for the day after that which is ridiculous and a waste of time. Plus there has been times when I'll ask for the soonest appointment available and they gave me something for a month later and someone else I know will call for something else and get an appointment for a week later.

I was told it was a 6 month wait for a visiting doctor to see my elderly mother in Manhattan, that was 2 years ago and still no doctor is available.

Costumer service sucks. Will not refer and to use this service
