Mount Sinai-Urgent Care, East 14th Street

If Dr. Robin Roberts is on call, I strongly advise against being seen by him. His bedside manner was extremely poor, and he was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. He failed to explain my condition, provide clear guidance, or show any concern for my well-being. As a result of his lack of care and communication, my situation worsened and I was forced to go to the emergency room. This experience was unacceptable and deeply frustrating. In contrast, the nurse who assisted me was compassionate, attentive, and professional—everything a patient should expect from medical staff. Unfortunately, Dr. Roberts’ conduct fell far below acceptable standards of care

I came to the Mount Sinai Urgent Care Center at 9pm on Saturday night. I was seen within ten mins by the loveliest assistant who made me feel totally at ease. The Dr followed shortly after and was so kind and reassuring. I don’t want to make a habit of visiting urgent care but, if I needed to, I know I’d be well looked after here. Thank you.

This urgent care is the best urgent care I have ever been to! From reception to the nurse to the doctor all were fantastic, friendly, kind, & caring. I was in & out in 20 minutes at 11 pm on a Thursday. They even gave me meds to tide me over for tonite & tomorrow morning so I didn't have to find a 24 hour pharmacy. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

II received outstanding service, this location is convenient for me a resident of the lower east side in Manhattan. I was treated with compassionate, and efficient care. Of course urgent care services is for non-life-threatening issues, if that’s not your case, go to your nearest hospital emergency department.

I took my wife to the Mount Sinai urgent care on 14th and 2nd Ave this morning. She was in acute respiratory distress and frieghtened. She was treated quickly and professionally by the front desk, the medical assistant, nurse and physician. She needed an xray and thankfully it all turned out well. We are so greatful to have a 24 hr/7day center close to home. Thank you, to the care team.
