I went here hoping to get help with joining a medicare advantage plan and the worker who was assigned to me seemed in a rush and uninterested in helping. She added me on to medical insurance an and told if that was all and to wait for response by mail from insurance. I got a called from insurance she put me in for and was informed it wasn't the accepted to call her back. Left messages never got a call back.
Case worker was very lay back And didn't seem into helping me with my insurance problems. Play a lot phone tag. I was better of doing my medical insurance myself .
