I had an initial appt with Nurse Practitioner, Mila, and could not have been happier. She is professional in every aspect and very very personable. She listened to everything I had to say and was compassionate. The front office staff was very impressive as well, being kind and treating everyone with a great deal of respect . I look forward to following up with Mila.

I have been a patient of Mount Sini and Dr. Loveday for years. His PA , and the other doctors are all ready to help if he is not there. Quality care. However, the girls up front do not follow through getting records from other doctors. This is a concern for a lot of patients. Also the answering is the worse.

I am very happy to be a patient of Dr. Gonzalo Loveday. Dr. Loveday analyzed the condition of my heart with the help of the testing by the excellent staff at your facility. He explained my problem as well as possible remedies in very understandable terms. This was accomplished in one day. We are following following Dr. Loveday’s advice.

The staff responded to my fairly urgent request to see Dr. Amariei. She was great and was able to prescribe the needed medications to get me on the mend.
