I had an appointment with an internal medicine doctor.- I never had this type of appointment in the US. I've seen hundreds of doctors in Chicago and in Miami. This was the first time I felt like the doctor wasn't really a doctor. He is a internal medicine doctor and also he is a primary care doctor so he can guide me right? When I ask him a question he just refers me to go this doctor and that doctor. Of course if I see something on my skin I need to go dermatologist or for serious headaches neurologist but IMHO he is the one needs to say yes you need to see or you don't need see. And before these my biggest disappointment with him was - my friend hit my nose accidentally when we were playing soccer and I am really concerned about this. Because I have pain and, I feel like I cannot really

reviewing as one star only because the coral gables location customer service is horrible. They cannot even manage to communicate the issues (that they put you on a 20 minute hold for) to the doctor who works in the same office. somehow, nothing becomes of your call or your pharmacies requests for refills. its been 5 days. 5 days of without medication. its like calling monkeys who work the phone and dont know what to do or how to accomplush the simplest of thjngs for the patient.
