Mount Sinai Kravis Children's Hospital

This hospital deserves way more then 5 stars !!!! More like a million stars . My son Brandon and I are so thankful and appreciate each and every staff member at this hospital . The staff and doctors that attended to my son were exstremely professional, caring and helpful in each and every way . Thank you so much to the amazing woman on the 5th floor who brought me coffee everyday , she is such a sweet , caring & kind hearted person . Everyone went above and beyond any exspectations , thank you so much for everything you have done for us , you are truly appreciated. May God bless each and every one of you . My son was transported here and admitted in the PICU and the team came and got him right away and did what they had to do to figure out what was wrong. Doctors and nurses did everything they could for my son, I couldn’t thank them enough!!! It was one of the worse things a parent could ever go through but with their help, my son recovered completely with the heroes working there! Me and my son are grateful and appreciative for everything.

I am absolutely horrified by what I witnessed today. The way “Dr. Aman Rizvi” treated an EMT — someone who dedicates their life to helping others — was beyond unprofessional; it was cruel and humiliating. The EMT simply asked where to register me, his patient, for an appointment, and was met with a vile, arrogant outburst and told to just look up and read.It left everyone around stunned into silence even his partner. The doctor’s tone was dripping with disdain, and the look of discomfort and embarrassment on the EMT’s face was heartbreaking. I’ve never seen such blatant disrespect within a medical setting — especially from someone who’s supposed to represent compassion and care. If I could give them a zero0 STAR I DEFINITELY WOULD!! so let me say that my nephew is really sick, we live in Rome NY about a six1/2 hour drive, my sister drives down there in a middle of a snow storm with her Son to go to get surgery at this KRAVIS CHILDEREN HOSPITAL to have his gastroenteritis fixed, repaired instead they messed him up even worser then when they left now he has open wonds, organs missing that my sister knew nothing about until after they took them out, now my sister has to bring him back to where they're journey began 😢 this is crazy how can a bunch of so called Surgeon, doctors be so mindless and uneducated don't Never brig your kids here please. This KRAVIS CHILDREN HOSPITAL NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN IMEDITALY AND LINCENSE NEED TO BE REVOKED..
