Mount Sinai Fuster Heart at Mount Sinai Doctors-521 W. 181st Street

Was dealing with heart palpitations for 5 hour so i decided to do a virtual visit ti see what the doctor Atuk Kukar would recommend. Appointment was to be at 915am. I got on at 906am Waited for 1.5 hours hour on virtual visit zoom and doctor never answered. Kept saying "waiting for host to join" i had already paid copay. No one reached out to me with any explanation as to why i didn't get a response. Unsure what is going on wt this office. But this was unprofessional. Will have to dispute my copay because i cant just throw money away for not seeing the doctor and it not being my fault. I understand its gets busy but that not an excuse to atleast contact the patient and let them know. Even a hour later or something let them know. Im already stressed about my heart and now i have to call bi

THIS CLINIC SHOWED DISREGARD TO MY CARDIAC HEALTH, AS A FIRST TIME PATIENT, MY APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED BY THE MOUNT SINAI NETWORK, AND THIS OFFICE CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT WITHOUT DETERMINING THE NATURE OF MY CARDIAC APPOINTMENT.

Horrible clinic. My mother WILL NOT be coming here anymore.
