I find it highly disrespectful and more importantly DANGEROUS that this office allows their front desk to have an influence or determination on someone’s health and care. I truly understand that being late to an appointment can be burdensome to the office and even other patients. We called ahead and expressed that we would be late and then a followup call where we expressed we are minutes away, yet the woman who acknowledged my wife in person “As we explained to you on the phone” had an influence over my wife’s care. Yet the woman on the phone felt bold enough to express to my wife “no one is going to be here after 6 o’clock.” And I ask where is the compassion. My wife had a long testing process that would have taken a couple of hours, but they determined to reschedule everything except on

Excellent medical clinic at UES, which we found by pure coincidence due to its proximity to our home. Very kind and professional staff, convenient opening hours, comfortable premises. Particularly we liked very much Dr. Nicholas Dubois for his kindness and professionalism, for which reason we adopted him without hesitation as our cardiologist.

Dr Blaufarb & his associates are incredibly knowledgeable, experienced and compassionate. Natasha & George are warm, caring and extremely professional. This team saved my life and I will forever be grateful to this practice

I had meant to get this out earlier in December thanking both Dr. Blaufarb and Denise his front desk person for the care and efficiency with which I was treated on my first appointment. Actually on the day of my appoinment, the office had not put my appointment in the computer but Denise successfully got me in. Thank you.

I went to see Dr.langdon office to do holter monitor everytime I go after I am done usually bring back to there to mail it the nurse was very rude and I told bring it so u can they can mail it but she said we do not do that so I told well not mail it so she said go leave then so I told them I am gone I will not be going back told receptionist not come back they got new people we are horrible the other who work there before where better I recommend not go to this location to see this cardiology Dr.langdon office
