Mount Sinai Doctors - West 14th Street

The doctors and staff are attentive and very thorough. They ensure you are included in your care plan. All the nurses are great but nurse Annie is exceptionally skilled at finding things veins and drawing blood. I highly recommend this facility.

I live out of state, and became sick during the visit to NY. I visited the clinic, and dr. Kang was one of the best drs I’ve met in my 70 yrs. He treated me with an antibiotics immediately, so I could recover from bronchitis. The billing dept however, is the worst. They are supposed to follow the steps for all seniors (Medicaid, then private insurance which they have both copies). I have insurance plan that overs 100%, but they are too lazy to follow the process, so they keep sending me huge bill every month.

I just want to say thank you to Dr. Chakravarti and Nurse Annie for the time and care they dedicated during my appointment today. I was so impressed by the way the doctor took the time to talk to me and explain things and listen to me, which is so rare these days. And thank you to Annie for being patient with me while I got my blood drawn. Truly so grateful!

Best mount sinai doctors office I’ve been in!! The front desk staff are extremely responsive and friendly, and have always helped me out with whatever I needed. my primary care and sports medicine doctors also have amazing bedside manner. If you have a reason to go here, I recommend!

Dr. Todd Estabrook is an excellent doctor, great bedside manners. He listens, takes his time, and makes you feel comfortable. The staff is friendly and efficient, and I always feel like I’m in good hands here.
