Mount Sinai Doctors-Urgent Care & Primary Care, Upper West Side

I had an excellent experience at Mount Sinai Urgent Care on the Upper West Side. The entire team is highly professional, organized, and efficient from start to finish. The reception staff are outstanding both in person and over the phone - responsive, clear, and able to handle any request quickly and smoothly. I especially appreciated their alertness and transparency when it came to insurance, which made the process stress-free. The doctors and medical assistants are clearly very skilled: they do exactly what needs to be done, no more and no less, with care and precision. Truly great care, professionalism, and efficiency across the board. Highly recommended.

The Mount Sinai urgent care at 638 Columbus Ave. is a really wonderful facility. Every single person that treated me there was caring, kind, and competent. The FRONT DESK person is lovely. Even though the wait was long, she was encouraging and kept me updated as the time went on. The nurse practitioner and the doctor were both wonderful, as well as the x-ray technician. I have no complaints about the way I was taken care of here. Highly Recommend. The only negative was that there was a 2 hour + wait.

I have no complaints about this urgent care center. I was seen within 15 minutes. It's very clean, quiet and staffed by friendly people. I was seen by Dr.Feldman. He was warm and caring. Took whatever time was necessary to assess my needs and suggested the course of treatment. I felt confident in his advice, and what he prescribed. Feeling better already! One added plus is that my primary care doctor is in the same building, and she's wonderful.

The best urgent care in the neighborhood. No question. I have received excellent and thorough care from multiple providers there, as well as helpful and compassionate service from all of the front desk staff. I have also gotten to speak with actual physicians, a rarity these days even at the regular doctor's office. There is usually a wait, especially at peak times like right after school/work, but it never feels excessive or unreasonable.

This is the best Urgent Care facility on the UWS and likely one of the best in the Tristate! The waiting room is clean, the office staff are warm and friendly (especially the young lady at the front desk, she always has a smile on her face!) The nursing staff are fantastic - they always put in extra effort to make you feel comfortable. They are great with needles if you have any phobias, they are experts at drawing blood - seriously, no pain! Lastly, the physicians take their time to get to know you as a patient - not only are they extremely knowledgable when it comes to the human body, but they are compassionate. They actively listen to your physical complaints and work with you to try to find the best solution to restore your health. I cannot say enough positive things about this clinic!
