Mount Sinai Doctors Stuyvesant Town

I have only had positive experiences at this location, especially at the most recent appointment I had a few weeks ago. I want to thank Brayan at the front desk who was very helpful and kind. I also want to shout out Dr. Jani - my time with her never feels rushed and I appreciate the time she takes to explain things and answer my questions in a detailed way. Thank you for a great experience!

My experience was and has been since the doors opened in Stuyvesant Town Mount Sanai incredibly positive. Dr. Choi is the first doctor I have ever had that doesn't rush or dismiss your concerns in any way. She truly get to know you and it makes such a difference.

Unfortunately, I haven’t had a stellar experience here. It takes them a long time to address prescription refill requests, often after multiple attempts. Recently, I have been requesting my refills as usual but not having any success. It turns out that I was never informed that my doctor left the practice, and as a result I have gone weeks without my prescriptions and can’t get an appointment Until October (it’s 9/3 today). Overall, the office is clean and wait times weren’t terrible. Front desk staff has been hit or miss in terms of helpfulness. It’s not the worst place, but I am likely to look for someone new.

The staff was amazing and very professional. Very helpful and attentive to your needs, love the energy of the place. Dr Jani and her nurse assistant Nadine was amazing.

Don't trust them if they tell you that you are in network, they are either incompetent or just deliberately misleading you. Make sure that you get everything confirmed by your own insurance company before you accept any treatment. Additionally, don't expect to have anything explained to you, or to be treated with any respect or observation that you are a human being who is sick and deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. Will be leaving a complaint with whoever will listen to me in the Mt Sinai system, but I doubt I will find anyone, as they have a complete contempt for human life and are only in it for the money.
