Mount Sinai Doctors-787 Eleventh Ave - Imaging/Radiology

I've had two incredible experiences here and recommend it highly. Both times, I had the most caring and comfortable mammograms by Carole, who positioned me specifically and showed more attention to everything. Last year's ultrasound was done by Ellen, who was equally professional and terrific. This year's was done by Antonina, another extraordinary procedure. I was dazzled by the facilities - clean, spacious and with what appeared to be new machines and equipment, then had the most thorough mammogram . It's not all that convenient for me, but it's well worth the effort to get there. Even the staff I encountered in the hall were delightfully pleasant. And did I say they provide lockers for your clothing? What a find. Also, I was able to get an appointment within days of calling.

Went to this place to do my breast sonogram exam and thankfully everything went nicely. And the staff members were very nice&kind to me, can't give this place a 5 star cause it was a long walk from the subway that's the part I really hate the most other then that I don't have any complaints.

I am writing to let you know of the excellent care that I recently experienced .I had a breast biopsy done on 2/20/24 I was very nervous but my fears were eased with care of the staff .The nurse that took care of me was amazing SHARON ,the warmth and patience she displayed was great .DR ECKSTEIN care was amazing as well. I would also wanted to give the front desk staff ,who made my appointment praise as well the young man name was MIQUEL. I wanted them to know how I appreciated their great care

It went from the most pleasant place doctor office one of the worse and most traumatic day of my life. I'm traumatized forever. I had to have a biopsy done. The office staff was so kind and welcoming. Then I went into the room and they as well doctor and image rep was kind to me. Then the procedure took place the doctor said we will take photos do you think you can stand. I said I can but I thought it was only for the images not the whole process. Then after all the images then it was time for them to cut me so alcohol was first rubbed on my skin then a needle that was supposed to numb me but he must have not put enough he then proceeded with the needle on the machine which felt like it pierced from one side of my left breast into almost out of the other side of my left breast I screame

I will never go anywhere else for breast imaging services! Def avoid NYMI at all costs.
