Mount Sinai Doctors - 1090 Amsterdam

I went to get stitches out and dr doug lin looked like he had no clue what he was doing. They put me in a room that didnt have a medical med he had me sitting in a chair no light to look and examin inside of my nose. I couldnt keep my head still and immedialty asked for a proper room with a stretcher bed so i could lean my head back. I get a new room and he left and never came back i walked out ot was the most unprofessional exam and i can only fathom what that bill will look like. I told him i got a rhinoplasty and had to leave earlier to come back. To work and oy needed 2 stitches removed he handled my nose as if i had no surgery done. So careliess. Avoid de doug lin

Called with a pain and spoke to a very unpleasant representative. Lauren was extremely rude and did not treat me with empathy. If a patient is calling with pain, meet them where they are and with kindness.

My Sinai is a mess. Every time I have the displeasure of coming to a Mt Sinai facility I’m frustrated to no end. They’re always an hour or more late to every appointment. Messed up referrals within their own system. Rude providers. I hate Mt Sinai so much. I wish my insurance had someone else in network here because I feel like a hostage.

This is a review for the gyn department. Avoid Ms. Brenda Brathwaite at all cost. Not only was she extremely rude but she has terrible bedside manner and is utterly unprofessional. She's extremely rough doing the vaginal examination and seems to hate her job and was dismissive the whole time. Never in my life have I ever felt so uncomfortable and hated from a doctor. I am suprised she hasn't been fired given the fact that she has so many terrible reviews.

This hospital is so unprofessional. My sisters cell phone was stolen from her room and security was called and no one showed up to speak to my mother to file a report. No one helped. There’s no professionalism but bunch of thieves at this hospital. So furious right now. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL!!!!
