Mount Shasta Pharmacy

I give zero stars here... I got an infection from a splinter from pressure treated wood. Went to the ER. in Mt Shasta Sunday night. Monday morning Mt Shasta pharmacy had my prescription for my much needed antibiotics. They told me it would be delivered Monday. Nothing happened. Called Tuesday they assured me it would be delivered Wednesday. Called Wednesday Nothing happened. Its now Thursday. No medication and my infection is really bad. Thank you so much Mt Shasta pharmacy. You guys rock. Might have to make another trip to the emergency room. Thank you guys !!!!!

I trusted this pharmacy and was absolutely shocked to find out that the pharmacist was talking rudely about me and my husband to our Doctor’s office! When the person from the doctor’s office called the pharmacist inquiring about a prescription, the pharmacist asked “What’s he crying about now”? He was referring to my husband who had questioned the pharmacist regarding a medication that normally costs $25/mo, but the pharmacist said that there was a one-time deductible if $900!!! The doctor’s office and Blue Shield confirmed we have no deductible on our drug plan! I will never go back to this pharmacy! I am in the business of Customer Service, and this was the exact opposite!

The people at Mount Shasta pharmacy treat you like a real person. I was having trouble with a medical device I get from them. The manufacturer (who is supposed to replace it if it doesn't work) told me it would take 4 days to get me a replacement. That wouldn't work for me because I could be dead before the 4 days were over and I received the replacement. Tom went above and beyond to find a solution for me on the day I asked him for help. Alicia is also always very kind and helpful. I highly recommend Mount Shasta Pharmacy. An added bonus is that I never have to wait forever (like one has to at Rite Aid).

Well how can I put this in so many words or less I can’t Mt. Shasta Pharmacy has superseded and overcome a major obstacle in our town giving great service .Filling your refills and notifiying you of your refills that are ready without you having to call in , and knowing that they are refilled not like Rite Aid , they tell you they’re filled and they’re not . what a joke Rite Aid is , that’s why I left Rite Aid got tired of all there problems that they say they’re contending with it’s all a lie. Mike and his staff are doing their job well above par and as far as Rite Aid goes Rite Aid is a failure it fails to take care of its customers in there time of need on prescriptions it fails on customer service no compassion no understanding and always blames your doctors office for there failure

MS Pharmacy is an exceptional drug store. They are fulfilling their mission to provide expert, conscientious prescription drug delivery and service, and they do it graciously, courteously and meticulously. I am immensely relieved to have been referred to this group of professionals. A pharmacy is responsible for so much more than prescription dissemination. Their educative services are invaluable to the patient and are an adjunct and necessary support to physicians as well. The community is made better by their presence.
