Motion is Lotion Physical Therapy

I've had glute problems for about a year now with increased trail running activity. Most nights it was hard to get comfortable and it was constantly sore. I tired another Physical Therapist, and while it solved my issues temporarily, I wasn't given the tools to mitigate the problem in a meaningful way. After seeing dorian for just a month, I no longer have glute issues like I used to have and he has given me the tools to continue to work on things and feel better each and every day. He is very knowledgable and provides services to a wide range of athletes. Running outside has never felt better!
