Recently, I had an issue with my Vacstar 80 compressor. Mustafa tried trouble shooting the issue over the phone at no charge. However, there was a bigger issue at hand. He scheduled to come in and showed up on time. Issue was diagnosed--I am so happy with his work ethic and professionalism!

We have worked with this dental tech on two occasions the past month. He is NEVER on time to scheduled appointments. Huge inconvenience with this company! We closed a day early to allow tech to install new chair with no hassle at 12:30PM, he arrived at 3PM!!! Super unprofessional. We gave him a second chance to install a handpiece and again he arrived 1 hour early before our office was even opened and was upset our office was closed. If you work with this tech, beware of time!

I used Mostafa for the 1st time and he will be my go to dental repair guy!! He has a wealth of knowledge. I have used Benco/Patterson for 20 yrs and it is always a hit or miss. Having a tech like Mostafa who is efficient, well informed and polite--makes my life as a practice owner a lot easier. His price was very reasonable. Give him a try!!
