I’m literally sitting here in the waiting room writing this. The wait time is ridiculous. Both times I’ve been here have been over an hour wait. The office is horrible with time management. The staff and doctors are nice and great but Im sorry this wait time doesn’t make up for it. Definitely switching doctors after today. Editing in response to their response I came at the time I was told. The office called me to let me know she had to leave at 11:30, and if I would be willing to come at another time. I asked at 10am if I can come now as I live 5 blocks away and can be there much sooner than my 11:30 appt. The office said YES. If they had anticipated having other patients there, or any delay, they shouldn’t have told me to come in. Instead of offering a formal apology and doing better o

I love my doctors office I had a great experience at Mosholu Medical Group Everyone was kind, professional, and welcoming. Tara and Jeanette especially made my visit smooth and comfortable. Tara was very open and patient with me, which made it easy to open up and feel heard. I truly appreciate the care and kindness from the whole team. Highly recommend!

I went here on 2/12. I waited for 2.5 hrs for my appointment. When I finally was brought in, it was not with the doctor I had scheduled with. The doctor took my blood pressure and asked some questions, but nothing else. We were interrupted several times by other staff bringing in post it notes with personal information about other patients. I asked to get a referral for bloodwork, and was told “we do that here” and was brought to an unsterilized closet. At that point, I had enough and left. I was then charged $530 to my insurance and was given the runaround on the phone when I tried to ask why. I was charged $530 to have my blood pressure taken. Love this practice. Such professionalism from the practitioners. They are smart and knowledgeable and yield results all the time! You will leave the practice feeling better than you walked in.
