I called on Friday to make an appointment I told the lady I had caresource insurance and I was pregnant she told me to get a form from my doctor so I did. I called today and now they don’t take caresource for pregnancy and the next appointment is in November!!!!! Finding a dentist is already stressful smh

I came there in September of last year and had one tooth pulled and one tooth filled. It cost me $650 and I was leaving for Florida for a month the next week. The last there that did the work had to give me like 5 shots to even deaden my tooth. The lady put a stitch in it and said it would fall out on its own. Long story short, it's May now and this tooth is still given me problems. I never went back because I don't ever want them to touch me again. So basically they ripped me off and I'm stuck with a bad tooth. Don't trust these people. The stitch finally fell out about a month later while I was in Florida. But now I can't chew on that side because the tooth she supposedly filled didn't get filled all the way and it's so sensitive even all these months later and the gum around the tooth

Great and friendly staff. Second time coming to this dentist, chose it because of its convenient location. Husband and I had a longer wait time this visit but what hasn’t this pandemic slowed down. I can’t blame them when their services is what’s being appreciated and what I think they’re doing great at 👍🏼

This is the most unprofessional establishment in Morrow,Ga. I am considering a law suit for emotional stress.. I went in for a cleaning which the office staff seemed professional.. i was told I needed a few fillings. I set an appointment for 12/26/19 which when walking out I was told I have a $50 deductible... it was my fault for not inquiring more but after being there for almost a hour and a half for a cleaning it slipped my mind! I went to get my fillings and was told each filling was $50... plus the deductible, after being explained a few things I paid and was told my insurance will cover one more filling for the year... I said well ok can I come back... they scheduled me for a 2:30 appointment on 12/31/19....here is where the issue lies. I come in at 2:15pm... patiently waiting I see

This is the worst Dentist office !!!!! Save your time , money and insurance. They had me wait to be seen for 2 hours because the overbooked the day . After waiting 2 whole hours I was brought to the back just to be told that they did not take my insurance and I could pay for my service ummmm excuse me what do you have medical assistants for ?????? Insurance is supposed to be checked wayyyyyyyy before an appointment and definitely don't wait until I have waited 2 hours to tell me this in the office . I have been to this office before so when did you stop accepting my insurance. It was completely unprofessional. I usually do not leave reviews but this was a horrible and inconvenient experience.
