I’ve used these people over the years sporadically. The service itself isn’t bad and neither are the prices. The biggest issue is the old woman that works the front desk. I think she owns a place and that’s why She’s there but really she’s hurting more than helping. She is insufferable. She’ll hang up on you when you have multiple questions. She’ll tell you the wrong price of medicine. She’s not good at customer service and she threatened to call the cops on someone I know once because she told them the wrong place and they wanted clarification on what was owed before they paid

I have been in between to post or not. The more I think about it the more I felt like I need to say something. My childhood dogs went there 25 years ago. I ended up making them my second vet since I live in Atlanta. They disappointed me a few times. My fur baby went to get her teeth cleaned. I asked while they had her sleeping could they pluck her ears. As soon as I picked her up the first thing Joanne said was the doctor plucked her ears real good. It was odd she said that. When I got home her ears were no different from when I dropped her off. Then shortly after that I needed to get her anal glands expressed. She informed me the doctor had to do it. I said okay. I have never spend more than 30 dollars for this service anywhere else. I went to check out and she $150 please. I stood the

This place takes care of your pet. They do a good job. I love the country gentlemen who comes from the back to make sure my cat stays still while getting a shot. Pet bouncer is hilarious to me.

My little furry friend got turned/shaved into a completely different dog. We were offered two options: cut short/long. We did not expect our furry dog to get shaved off like this. Sad. Next time, please have discussions with your clients regarding how long/how short. This is really sad

I called two weeks before to make an appointment and was told the date to come in and I did. Yesterday was the day I came to bring my cat for his first vet appointment, I checked in and filled out the paperwork. I waited a whole hour and a half to wait for the doctor… I was seeing more people getting serviced for grooming than being serviced to see the doctor. I just didn’t like how the wait time was too long to be serviced. I even asked upfront desk about the wait time, only got told by the lady that the wait time is only the doctors discretion. I decided to wait another 15 mins but still get no doctor to come out and be serviced for my cat. I decided to leave the facility. I don’t think I’ll ever come back to this facility again!
