The staff was courteous and polite. They make a person feel at home. My doctor is knowledgeable and explained every part of my exam as she proceeded through it. She treated me like a person. Not a number.

My family has been going to see Archie for 20+ years. Even though my 4 y/o daughter didn’t want to cooperate, everyone was so patient and still willing to try! The entire staff was very kind and helpful, even while my toddler son was playing; very kid-friendly! 100% recommend.

Everyone at this office is fantastic. They're friendly and welcoming. If I'm having any issues with my eyes they are very responsive and don't make me wait to be seen.

Dr. Katie Morris was amazing as usual. She was thorough and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. Part of the appointment with the other staff made me very uncomfortable. The people doing the tests especially my first set of tests were not very nice the people at the front desk were not very nice. My husband was in the waiting room and said that they were also whispering a lot at the front desk which made him uncomfortable. The person who helped me make my next appointment was very nice to me.

I’ve been wearing glasses for over 50 years, and my eye exam today was the most thorough and comprehensive one I’ve ever had. Dr. Morris performed tests I’ve never heard of because he strives to do his very best for his patients. He also has a very warm, friendly, and welcoming personality. I wish I had found him many years ago. Also, he has a fantastic staff.
