You will never find a more perfect family practice physician group. From Dr. Clapper and the two amazing physician assistants, from the nursing staff down through the front office staff, they are amazing. Everything a person could hope to experience when dealing with health issues is standard with this office. They are skilled, thorough, kind, friendly and so very efficient. They are a true blessing to me in caring for my elderly parents as well as my husband and myself. We are fortunate to have easy access to such a wonderful medical practice.

I’ll admit it- I’m kinda “needy.” I need a physician who is attentive, knowledgeable and empathetic. I need my physician’s office staff to have the same attributes, plus put up with my crazy phone calls asking to reschedule appointments, or send in prescription refills to my pharmacy. I need a comforting, caring atmosphere. I need the office to have a convenient location, close to my home, without having to fight a lot of traffic or empty my pockets for complicated, expensive parking. I need the walk from my car to the office to be feet, not miles. I’ve found every single thing I need at Dr, Rossman-Clapper’s office. I’m so blessed that she’s my doctor.

ALL the staff are wonderful and so easy to talk to, a friendly bunch of professionals, every one of them! Always ready to accommodate with appointments, health information, testing, and advise. Never nervous when I have an appointment.
