Morgan Sweeney, FNP: Palmetto Primary Care Physicians

If you are looking for a physician, I would NOT recommend! Palmetto Primary Care has been a billing nightmare. I provided active insurance on my first visit (ID cards, social security number, the whole nine), but they never billed insurance and have required me to pay out of pocket. I was not able to go to my most recent appointment due to an outstanding balance of $600!! It has been over a month and multiple phone calls to billing and they still have me in their system as SELF PAY when I have excellent, active, in-network insurance. To boot, the hundreds of dollars that I HAVE paid them so far are not on the record towards my family out of pocket maximum. SWIPE LEFT ON THIS ONE, Y'ALL.

This practice is beyond unprofessional and neglectful! I do not recommend to anyone . The lady at the front desk is beyond rude for someone to be working in the health care field. This experience is mind blowing. I have never been treated like this. And I will be reporting this practice immediately!
