After using this dermatologist practice for at least 20 years, I finally got tired of waiting one hour plus after my scheduled appointment time to see a doctor, so I did not schedule my annual check up at my last visit. I called today to schedule my Annual check up appointment with a different doctor, hoping that I would not have to wait one plus hour again. The scheduler said she could not tell me when my last appointment was, I tried to schedule them one year apart,and that if I wanted to know, I should look it up in my medical records. Very unprofessional, I could care less attitude from the scheduler. I will be looking for a different dermatology practice now.

My family has been seeing Dr. Jiang, also my friend whenever there's a need. She's very caring, attentive and patient. The office staff are very friendly, responsive and helpful. I would strongly recommend Dr. Jiang and Moorestown Dermatology if you have a need.

They are extremely rude, especially the nurse practitioner (Mendel) that thinks only she herself matters! If you want a caring dermatology office, go somewhere else

My 1st visit. Arrived 2:50pm for my 3:00pm appointment. Checked in was in the exam room by 3:10pm. Very well run office, everyone from the front desk to the medical assistant was very nice. The nurse practitioner Shannon Malloy Craig was excellent. Answered all my questions, very knowledgeable and I'm glad to have found this practice
