I was referred to this office in Sep. The referral was sent to them, but I never got a call. I called 23 Oct, and the lady pulled me up and said, ok, we have you, but we are scheduled out until Jan in WR and Dec in Macon. I said, well you all had my referral since Sep and never contacted me. I feel that had I not contacted them, I'd still be waiting. That is such poor customer service that I wouldn't go there anyway now. I said that I would just get my Dr. to send the referral else where. Do better Moore foot and ankle solutions!

I have been a patient of Dr. Kevin Moore for almost two years. I am highly satisfied with Dr. Moore and his staff. They are all professional, friendly and caring. The office manager Simone is such an angel. The nurse there I can't remember her name but she is very tall. She is an absolute angel as well. Thank God for professionals that still care.🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🥰

I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Moore's office and feel compelled to share my thoughts. Despite Dr. Moore's pleasant demeanor, the overall service left much to be desired. Firstly, the lack of follow-up and communication from the office is frustrating. Multiple attempts to reach them regarding prescriptions and appointments yielded no response. It's incredibly frustrating to be left hanging when it comes to important medical matters. Moreover, there were serious billing discrepancies. Not only did they bill my insurance for procedures that never occurred, but they also failed to bill them for legitimate services, leaving me to have an unnecessary bill. The most egregious incident was when my appointment was mysteriously canceled without my knowledge due to a supposed "glitch i

we have been to this office twice. both times the handicap ramps were difficult to access, but that is not the office. that is people parking carelessly. everything concerning the office was very pleasant. staff and the doctor seem caring, and what do we want more? thank you. glad we found you.
