Montrose Animal Health Center

We've had animals for 60 years in Fairfax County and have had several vets. Montrose is BY FAR THE BEST VET we've ever had!! They are wise, compassionate, timely, proactive and reasonably priced. (I wish our human docs were as good.) Buck and Possum get the best care there! Fondly, The Stinsons

Dr. Texieria has been our vet for over 20 years and we would not go anywhere else. She always has our pet's best interest at heart and has never steered us wrong. Highly recommended.

I recently discovered Montrose Pet Hotel & Montrose Animal Health Center. My 2-year-old cavapoo came home very happily and calmly after one week boarding. I was impressed because he had issues with a couple of other boarding facilities in the past. I brought him in to Montrose animal hospital for a checkup this morning and again I was impressed by tender care and exams by such Dr Nolan Rubin and his assistant. I like the conservative treatment decided by Dr Rubin. Montrose is going to be our go-to place for veterinary and boarding services.

Dr. Rubin was outstanding. Did I like what he had to say...heck no. Our beloved family dog is short on time. The way he said it and his empathy is unsurpassed. I have 2 daughters away at college who are devastated..15 1/2 good years so far with our treasured Westie named Snoopy. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice. Thanks again Dr. Rubin for your compassion and professionalism.

Have been meaning to leave this review for a while. Dr. Teixeira is a wonderful doctor and human being. She takes wonderful care of our very challenging dog. When we lost our first dog, she stayed with us the whole time and made a very hard transition possible. We will always be grateful to her.
