Montefiore Medical Specialists

Terrible. They only give test results in person if you book an in person appointment not over the phone so you will wait weeks or months for results. They wont call you. Greedy and neglectful of the patient. Montifore sucks.

Paid my bill, still got sent to collections. I had a bill of around 180 and paid the day of the appointment with a credit card. I got a call from Montefiore billing department a month later saying I didn't pay. I asked them to check my payments and they said they found one but it wasn't applied. Plus it was a dollar short. Livid but eager to move on, I paid it over the phone. The one dollar and some change. A month after that, I got a letter from collections for the same thing AGAIN. Dealing with Montefiore is like dealing with Satan.

As someone who has been going to Montefiore hospitals their whole life, I can confidently say this is the best medical office I have ever been to! All the staff and nurses are kind, caring, and attentive. The real highlight of the office is Dr. Kseniya Kobets. I suddenly developed some serious acne in my adulthood and Dr. Kobets helped clear it up so efficiently and effectively. It was my first time visiting a dermatologist and I could not have had a better experience. Dr. Kobets talked me through all the medications I needed and I could tell she truly wanted me to get better. After less than a year I can say my skin is better than ever and it is all thanks to her!
