I went to Dr. Monica song for regular check. At that time I had a root canal. I asked her to refer a prosthodontist. she said she could put crown on my root canal. I went to her as there's pain in the root canal. She told me after putting crown everything will be fine. First she put a artificial crown. Then I went for original crown according to her schedule. At that time I told her there's pain. She said after fixing the original crown everything will be fine. After a few days I called her again as there's pain . She asked me to visit her. Then She said it's hygienic issue and charged me again. After a few days again there's pain. I called Columbia dentistry they said Monica Song was on vacation. They said if pain was severe I could see Dr. C Lin. After seeing me he said root canal was no

Dr. Song is an Exceptional Dentist. Dr. Song is knowledgeable, professional, caring and polite. I personally don't feel at ease with Dentists. But the moment I walked in her office, she found a way to make feel at ease. She is very patient, and above all extremely competent. I am grateful to Dr. Monica Song. The office is clean, and the staff very nice, and helpful.

I had a consult appointment with Dr Song and she was polite and explained plan for my dental needs thoroughly, will f/u after actual work is completed. The environment is also calm and clean staff was pleasant.
