Been going to Dr.Raos office for about 5 years now, very professional and personable staff that work with you with all your needs I particularly like that they’re gentle and they will do everything possible to make you comfortable and work with you when there’s a problem and make it right, I highly recommend this office. Dr Rao's Dentist in Webster and Grafton are so far the best Dentist I've ever been too. They take the time to completely fix your teeth, they explain everything they're doing or planning to do. Always loved Dr. Rao and the clinic staff. However, I have moved, have not been to the clinic in 11 months and just received another bill. I always paid while I was there and I already paid the same amount a few months ago after a bill from the clinic was sent to collections without my knowledge. Receiving multiple bills so long after services were provided is just ridiculous.

I have had two dentists retire. Finding a new dentist that is professional, knowledgeable and compassionate has become very difficult and cost my family a lot of money. A friend recommended Dr. Monica Rao and I feel like I hit the lottery. I finally found a dentist that truly cares about her patients and is compassionate. Dr. Rao is a dentist that examines your teeth and provides you with a plan of care that is in the patient’s best interest. Dr. Rao explained everything in terms that I could understand. Dr. Rao made sure that I was comfortable with the plan that was needed to give me years of trouble free dental care and correct what had already been misguided by other dentists. The best experience I've ever had with a dental office. Everyone was welcoming and helpful, and Dr Rao was extremely forthcoming about what can and can't be done. Morgan is amazing. Highly recommended, I hope to be able to stick with them for the long haul.
