Yesterday I was told to go to the Foster Hospital for Small Animals as my guinea pig was not seeming like herself. I gave them a call before I went to the ER with her and when I got there, they took her right in. The team kept me very updated and although my sweet girl did not make it, they gave me every potential option and Dr Walter was so helpful. He wanted me to be informed and I was so grateful for every option. He let me have time with her. Everyone was very helpful and nice. If I ever get a pet in the future, I'd make sure to come here or recommend anyone else to go there if they needed to.

The team saved our Sammy ( Samson) with they're latest equipment and life saving expertise but also with their hearts. They poured every ounce of healing energy and gave him a fighting chance. He championed through every complication and they were there to catch him and hold him with loving hands and hearts that care and that made all the difference. Dr. Mayorka, Dr. Sackett, Dr. Tolleson Future doctors and techs in ICU that provided gold glove after care. If I had a hat on I'd tip it your way with applaud. Y'all pulled off miracle after miracle . The level of expertise and specialized care here is unmatched. This is excellence in pet care with love and presence and that these days is rare. Thank you thank you thank you 🙏🏼 Update: Not sure why but I have called and emailed with a Rx inqui

Our Samson was transferred to Tufts for life saving care. At Tufts: He was rushed stat emergency transfered to Tufts where he was met with the level of concern we were hoping for from the start. At Tufts state of the art met people that provide second to none care with specialized skills and heart. He required help from several specialist to address the multiple complications and delicately critical condition he was in. Dr. Mayorkas, Dr. Sackett, Dr. Tolleson from the bottom of our hearts. Thank you. To future doctors - Val, Ian, Sally, Emma, Robert and all the caring loving hands that poured their energies and hearts to saving him. You are what hospitals should model after. The doctors allowed me to give him the 3 S' from home ( to help provide familiarity while away from home) and I cou

Major shout out to Doctor Rozanski who was incredible during our visit with my dog Benny, he was a transfer from VEG after being hospitalized numerous times, we were able to get him into tufts the same day I called, with intention for a surgical procedure of a stent placement. Luckily with the extreme knowledge of Dr. Rozanski we soon found out this procedure was not necessary at this time, both Benny & Myself are so relieved. His outpatient care allowed him to heal right up. I also want to shout out Collen the receptionist, she was phenomenal during both check in & check out. Very grateful for her kindness during our visit. As an ER Vet Med professional myself I want to say Thank you for all that you do everyday & thank you for helping Benny (sassy boy)!

Took my cat here after a referral from his regular vet. He had pretty advanced hepatic lipidosis. The team at Tufts, Dr Ting in particular, did their absolute best for him. He didn’t rally, and after a few days of worsening conditions, he had to be put down. But man, the team tried everything they could to save him. Every staff member I met during this horrible time was kind, and sweet, and loved my baby. The calls to keep me informed on his day to day care while I was at work helped so much, and Dr Ting explained things as many times as I needed to fully understand what was happening. Even though I miss my boy terribly, I have some peace knowing that they did everything possible to try to save him, but he ultimately was ready to go.
