The front desk is a disaster. I had an appointment at 9:30 a.m. for a dental cleaning, but it was 10 a.m. and I hadn't been seen yet. A woman came in for a dental cleaning, paid by debit card, and she was seen right away, before me. 🤦🏻♂️ Now I'm wondering... Is there a difference between a patient who pays for their services and one who has health insurance? I went to ask the girl at the front desk, and she confidently told me there was someone inside. You would be called soon 🤦🏻♂️ Very little professionalism and disrespect for the patient.
