Modern Dental Smiles of Wellington

Today's experience was so pleasant! It's great seeing Mrs. Monique's warm welcoming when you enter because that reassuring is everything! It was great to have an Assistant and Doctor who believes in making sure your as comfortable as possible and you leave with a smile. I love it here!!

The staff is so nice, efficient and makes you feel comfortable and happy to be there from the second you enter. They explain everything they’re doing and the why behind it, and truly want to help patients even after they leave the office with sustainable daily routines to maintain a healthy happy smile. Glad my husband found this spot shortly after we moved in to the area and I followed shortly after! Highly recommend as your primary dentist.

Staff is always very courteous and friendly. Never have to wait in the waiting area like you do at a doctors office. If your appointment is at 1:00 pm then you are back in the room and the dentist is ready to see you. No overbooking. Great customer service and experience.

We have had bad luck in the past with dentists offices. I will choose not to mention.so My daughter came in she was so nervous but they told her each step talked her through it and Comfort her during the process. They were kind professional and compassionate. And she laughed and everyone in the office was laughing with her.. Honestly, I don’t think dentist office says or doctors office is for that matter. Have such a great family. You can tell everyone gets along. And that’s what it is it feels like family!

Called as a new pt the lady that answered was rude, speaking slowly in a condescending manner. Not friendly at all I was inquiring about insurance acceptance. Her tone and mannerism were awful. I was hoping to bring my family over as new pt considering we live nearby. I rather go elsewhere. Terrible experience unprofessional customer service this was 1/14/26
