Dr. Yilian Fiallo Is very professional, she really cares about you, is very knowledgeable, is prompt. Office is clean, professional prompt-and staff friendly. They always answer the phone. Very glad I switched to this Dr who came highly recommended to me by someone in the medical community.

What a disappointing experience . I recently changed jobs and was without medical insurance. My blood pressure prescription had expired and in order to renew the prescription they required I go in for a physical. I did this at my own expense expecting a minimum of 3 refills as they had always done regarding my blood pressure medication. I was only given a 30 day prescription instead. I had to call on a monthly basis and go in for a checkup at my own expense until I finally was able to enroll with my companies insurance program. On my last visit prior to having insurance I went in once again to have my prescription refilled only to wait for over 3 hrs while endless patients went in and out of the Dr's office. I was told by the Dr when I entered her office that she did not know why

Very welcoming and professional staff, all smiles. They did an amazing job with my bridge, it looks great. Since then i go back regularly for dental cleaning, they always take good care of me.

I have been at Mj Medical for 10 years they are very professional and concerned with their patients. The office ambiance it’s comfortable and professional. You feel welcome the moment you walk in. Any health concerns I’ve had in the past they have addressed it and made sure my prescriptions are done on time. I am very happy with their service.

Sadly Isabel thinks we are clients and not humans being. I couldn’t even talk to her because she had more “clients” waiting. When we are talking about health, I think that at least we should received a better attention, or at least we deserve to talk to someone who cares about it. Really disappointed. It is really sad how health can be turned into a business, and this place is a fact.
