As this is my first time having to give my cat Bubba medication I had a ton of questions. Mixlabs is an exceptional pharmacy that stands out for its speed, reliability, and efficiency. My doctor prescribes medications from this pharmacy, and they are delivered within a week. My pet requires lifelong medication, and Mixlabs has been fantastic in managing auto-refills and promptly reaching out to check in. Whenever I had questions, I reached out for assistance, and they made it incredibly easy. Help is just a text or email away. Their responses are quick, compassionate, and knowledgeable. To add to their care, they include a toy with each medication, which is such a delightful touch 💕

I am so grateful that my veterinarian has started working with such a wonderful company! From the start of my first order, Mixlab has reached out every step of the way to make sure I knew when to expect my order and to see if I had any questions or concerns. When I had to email about an issue with my delivery (100% a UPS problem, NOT Mixlab's fault at all!), they were extremely quick with their response! I am happy to have such a wonderful company to work with to get my cat's much needed medication, and I look forward to future orders with them.

Never left a bad review in my whole life. Our Maltese had an episode and was diagnosed with IVDD. Vet recommended custom meds from Mixlab. Meds were supposed to arrive Monday or Tuesday. Wife called Mixlab Tuesday. “Be there tomorrow.” It’s now Friday and our poor Maltese still no meds. Now they are saying next Monday or Tuesday. Totally unacceptable. Mixlabs should have already sent our meds FedEx Priority overnight. But instead they use a low budget carrier UDS which had horrible reviews and doesn’t deliver on weekends. Customer service is a total joke.

I used Mixlab for a while to fulfill my let’s prescription orders and I’ve noticed a real decline in the quality from their customer service /care team. This culminated recently in my pet not having her medication during a medical emergency due to delays on their end with fulfillment, and when I contacted customer support to request and expedition of the order I received very little empathy or understanding from the team and a refusal to expedite my order without an additional fee. Get your orders fulfilled from your vet or someone who cares about your pet’s wellbeing, because they don’t.
