Love this dentist! Customer service is great by everyone! The Dr is knowledgeable and helped me fix my smile! The whole team is amazing! 10/10, I recommend!

If I had the option to give negative stars, I certainly would! I chose to visit this location because I neglected to read the unfavorable reviews beforehand. I aimed to support my local business, it was conveniently located near my home, and I anticipated a positive experience. How mistaken I was! Not only did they breach my HIPAA rights by sending my bills, which contained my personal information, to another individual, but I was also charged for a service without any explanation regarding what the charge was for or why it occurred. When I paid for my services, I specifically inquired about any potential additional fees, and it was clearly communicated that there would be NO extra charges. However, a few weeks later, I received a bill in the mail indicating a balance. I assumed this must

Had a wonderful experience at Dr. Mitchell’s office as always! I had recently tried another dentist office and ran back to Dr. Mitchell. Everyone at Dr. Mitchell’s office was nice and professional. They gave good advice to keep my teeth and gums healthy throughout the process. Dr. Mitchell was thorough and trust worthy about his recommendations. Although this is far from my home, he is the best dentist I have found and I will continue to make the drive.

He and his staff make you feel so at home and comfortable. No matter the difficulty level of the services needed (and trust me I know this for myself) they are there to guide you and make sure you understand everything going on and take care to ensure your comfortably and well being. I come all the way from MN to maintain my dental care with Dr. Mitchell!!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Doctor Mitchell is one of the most caring doctors I have had the pleasure of having. He is compassionate, empathetic, easy to talk to and relates exceptionally well. His staff is no different and will go the length to make sure all is well. He does not rush you in and out,he takes time with his patients and actually listens. Office staff is great too – very friendly and professional. Both of my adult daughters have chosen to continue with Dr. Mitchell as their family dentist.
