Still waiting on medications since February 15! 😡After doctor visits and lab tests for PrEP, which was promised in 2-3 days, it is nowhere in sight. This seems to be a common issue in healthcare. Many messages, calls, I tried everything. I do not recommend this. Guys, find a better provider. Do not waste your time or your health!

Such unprofessionalism. Doctor assigned does not disclose closing the account and testing kit was sent yet voided making two weeks of waiting go by without knowing or treatment. If testing is free and you don't know if you are at risk what's the point of advertising the free test and sending it out. Either fix your system or hire some better professionals, absolute joke of a company and standards.

Mistr was easy to use my results came back on time the doctor was nice and explained everything and I was negative and waiting on my prep safe sex is the best sex thank you so much mistr .

This is my review and these are my opinions. I attempted to sign up with MISTR about two years ago and that was unsuccessful. At that time, I was having extreme difficulty with staff/agent(s) lack of professionalism, never receiving timely and concise responses to very personal in nature questions/inquiries. I felt a disconnection with MISTR's Mission and Objectives....IMO- global education and awareness, eliminate the spread of HIV and some STI's, and the bottom line being; saving lives. I sent a lengthy and affectionate "Dear John" and stated my qualms, my interactions and overall experience, and my reasons for not moving forward with MISTR. Dr's are nice easy to talk to. Getting signed up was fast & uncomplicated. Home testing was easy with results arriving in a matter of days. Product arrived in a very timely, private matter. I would easily recommend MISTR to others
