I had a great experience at this optometry office! They were able to fit me in right before the holidays, which I really appreciated. They accept TRICARE, making the whole process super easy. The staff was friendly, efficient, and quick to provide me with contact lenses to try out so I could see how they felt before ordering. Overall, a smooth and pleasant visit—I definitely recommend them!

I had back to back appointments booked for myself and my husband, received the email confirmation and confirmed via text. They double booked one of our appts and wouldn’t see him for over an hour. But if we had arrived an hour late we would’ve been charged and the appts canceled. A clerical error on the staffs part does not equal a scheduling conflict on my part. This equals the loss of business. Do better

Showed up for two confirmed appointments (confirmed with email receipt) to be told only one was scheduled in the system so we could not be seen until a later time. There were 0 people in the waiting room something tells me it was possible to move things around to see both scheduled appointments. Staff was less than helpful.

What an awesome Experience. Dr.Okeefe was awesome. Her warm and bubbly personality, on Point. I will go back next year. The only thing that was not so pleasant, was the loud music. But that's just me. Great place to go regardless.

Awesome!!! Staff was extremely professional and courteous! Arrived a few minutes late and they were able to get me in and help me! Highly recommend!!! Best around!
