Mishcon Arnold OD

Dr. Mishcon has been my eye doctor for a few years. All I can say that he is a great doctor who cares for his patients and gives them the best care and advise available. His staff is small but always friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for a good eye doctor I highly recommend Dr. Mishcon.

Called in to get an appointment, the receptionist had a horrible attitude. As a potential customer, this is what new customers have to deal with? Poor Arnold. You should really reconsider the people you have working at your office. You just lost a potential customer. All because I asked about another Doctor seeing me in his absence from vacation? She replies with an attitude.

Incredibly polite, soft touch-I've been getting my eyes checked for over forty years and his hands are the softest I've ever encountered, honest with my limitations with my insurance, straight forward with my allowances, just all around pleased I found Dr. Arnold. Oh, and his wife is a glorious representation of him and their business. Absolutely astounding, the both of them. He's my new "eye guy!

This is so far best experience with a doctor that I had in US. Focused on providing a good care, very honest and knowledgeable Doctor that does not try to sell you stuff to keep you hooked. If you need an eye exam and you're around, that's the place to go to.
