Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center

Alex and Caitlin were very welcoming and helpful upon our arrival, and for the duration of our appointment. Alex is quite knowledgable, prepared and clear in all of the information he presents regarding hearing, hearing loss, the ear, the brain and their interaction - very impressive. The hearing test and the analysis of results were done very professionally and easily understood. The evaluation results indicate that I do not need hearing aids at the present time, but because there is minimal hearing loss, I will return in a year to be re-evaluated.

Came to the office and met Alex and Caitlyn. Was very pleased with my experience! I found out I didn't need hearing aids at this time, and they did not try to sell or pressure me. I will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend!

My husband purchased supposedly the “best” hearing aids in April 24 in Maryland & nothing but problems. Been back 5 times & still not correct. They say cannot be returned.

As far as I am concerned, they are the most expensive hearing aids on the market, as I have had other hearing aids in the past. Always have been provided with batteries. Miracle Ear does NOT provide batteries. In retrospect, would NOT have purchased the Miracle Ear hearing aids, and do not recommend. Vails Gate, NY….Cannot hear any better than before I got these hearing aids, 1 1/2 years ago. Contacted corporate about my experience ie. where & when I purchased & was blown off, by them, as well as the store in Vails Gate NY!!! NOT SURPRISED!!! BAD BUSINESS!!!AGAIN, BUYER BEWARE. Gordon W
